Thanks for filing this bug in Ubuntu.
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the problem. I installed
trusty 14.04, clamav that came with it, then enabled updates and
upgraded just fine with no errors.
I'll mark this bug as incomplete pending further information on how to
reproduce it. If you get more details about what happened, please add a
note here.
