I have suggested 3 patches to fix the FTBFS at:

Waiting upstream maintainer to give a look and provide feedback.
Patches are "workarounds" for new features introduced in new CUPs
version AND some build issues with golang-github-codegangsta-cli-dev and
golang-github-urfave-cli-dev.
