Installing Ubuntu Server edition 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) overlaid with 8.10
desktop.  When first updating following installation and reboot, got the
error message:

E: kvm-source:  sub-process post-installation script returned error exit
status 1

E: kvm: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

Hardware platform is Tyan S2932 motherboard with nvidia graphics card
built in.

Processors are two quad-core AMD Opteron 2352, 2.1 GHz, for a total of 8
cores.

System board has 16 GB of DDR2 PC5300 ECC ram installed.
