Looking at the translations import queue of whois, there are no more no.po files, apart from the one that has been there sicne April, and the nb locale is fully translated. If there have been over imports of the same package, that could mean that the problem has been fixed. I think we can safely mark this as fixed, in case we can always reopen it.
