When this bug was filed, it was before the ntp profile was shipping in
enforcing mode (ie, it was a complain mode only profile in apparmor-profiles).
The profile in 9.10 also has the following:
@{PROC}/*/net/if_inet6 r,
I am thus going to mark this as 'Fix Released'.
