What you expected to happen: the script /etc/cron.daily/00logwatch to
send e-mail in html format.

What happened instead: it sends empty e-mail.

Here the information:

mailer = "/usr/sbin/sendmail -t"
TmpDir = /tmp
MailFrom = root
Output = mail
Format = html

# /etc/cron.daily/00logwatch
Can not open HTML Header at /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/html/header.html: 
No such file or directory

# updatedb
# locate hearder.html
