Public bug reported:
It seems that doing a single Eucalyptus SC install would fail: the
cluster-name debconf question is only asked while doing an CC
installation:
~/src/eucalyptus/lucid/debian$ grep cluster-name *
changelog: * Add eucalyptus/cluster-name to CC preseed file.
eucalyptus-cc.config: db_input high eucalyptus/cluster-name || true
eucalyptus-cc.postinst: db_get eucalyptus/cluster-name
