I solved my problem by:
1. adding "dns_nameservers 192.168.1.1" into file "/etc/squid/squid.conf"
2. adding "-D" flag to file /etc/init/squid.conf
script
if [ -f /etc/default/squid ]; then
. /etc/default/squid
fi
exec /usr/sbin/squid -D $SQUID_ARGS
end script
