Public bug reported:
Eucalyptus 2.0, running topo2 (fully separated topology). After
installing, no nodes are registered. I went into the CC, and manually
ran a euca_conf --discover-nodes:

And no nodes are shown. I then removed /var/lib/eucalyptus/nodes.list,
and re-run the --discover-nodes;

Notice that this time an IPV4 *and* and IPV6 were discovered, but only
for one node.
Anyway. I can only find cloud-cert.pem (on the CLC). the other
*-cert.pem do not exist.
