Dooitze, making this report public with the attached core dump may
expose sensitive information from your memory, so be advised about that.
Since it has already been public for a few days, I will leave it there,
but I advise you either take the bug back to private, or remove the
coredump.

Is this bug repeatable or was it a one time occurrence? Can you post
your squid.conf and explain what steps were led to the failure?
