Public bug reported:

mysqld-akonadi consistently causes 2 to 3 wakeups per second on idle on my
machine. This makes it the highest cause of wakeups coming from a user source
for me. By comparison, virtuoso-t, used by nepomuk causes 0.5 wakeups per
second.
Is there a way to tweak mysql to wake up less frequently?
