It looks like I am hitting this problem under kvm_amd.  I've tried
several guest kernels (CentOS 5 ISO, Maverick PXE boot and ISO, Squeeze
PXE and netboot ISO).  All hang basically as soon as the kernel loads.
No VGA output, no Serial output even with options
'earlyprintk=ttyS0,115200 debug apic=debug'.  I have yet to find a
kernel that will actually boot though I have not tried Fedora 14.  Info:
