Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

It would appear that something went wrong when you upgraded to the
latest development release; as a result the eucalyptus-java-common
package is not installed correctly and hence you keep getting this error
message.

Please could you attach any log files from /var/log/dist-upgrade to this
bug report.
