Maybe something is wrong with my PDA? If I *uncheck* "Enable advanced network functionality" on WinMobile 6 (Start menu -> Settings -> Connections -> USBtoPC) everything works well! This checkbox changes PDA connection mode from RNDIS to ttyUSB0 (serial). And then I can use Activesync!
