@anotherjesse. Agree with the clarification that we're not splitting the
service but the packaging. I don't think we'd need to have separate
named config files. I'd hope the configs that come with my compute
package have sane defaults and would work without having to look for a
myriad of config files.

/etc/nova/nova.conf should be enough.
