I'm in the process of creating the proposal, will be out within moments. I'm going forward with my plan to get rid of the obsolete manpages.
@Serge, Just make changes to my changelog (if needed). Don't touch the debian/rules file because as it stands right now EVERYTHING (and I mean everything) WORKS. Shared Folders, host/guest copy-and-paste, and auto- screen resize all work (for once).
