As of 08/13/11 patched version of Oneiric's Libvirt allocating by default 32M vram for QXL device uploaded to ppa:bderzhavets/qemu-git. Now installs and runtime may be run in QXL mode via VirtManager 0.9.0 and via spicec. XML updates using virsh commands are no longer required.
