Igor, it looks like you may have some missing files. try
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
And then try the installation again.
Marking Invalid, as this is not really a bug but an on disk problem.
Feel free to re-open it or open a new bug report if you feel there is a
defect that needs fixing.
