It looks to me that the problem is that the bridge is not being brought
up correctly in your up.sh script and so it seems likely to me that the
problem here is a misconfiguration of openvpn rather than a bug. Given
this and that nobody else has confirmed this as bug in this time, I'm
marking this bug as Invalid. If you disagree, feel free to reopen the
bug with further information.
