Yes, I had fancontrol installed. See below:

xavi@camagroc:~$ sudo fancontrol
Loading configuration from /etc/fancontrol ...
Error: Can't read configuration file

And again, after the resuming from suspending, fan speed didn't stop at
all at any time (regardless of these commands on the console)
