Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS Server. Using the munin-node package from the
default repositories (munin-node_1.4.4-1ubuntu1_all.deb).  The munin
(i.e server) package is at the same version.

Enabling tls in /etc/munin/munin-node.conf (to secure munin server to
munin-node communications) results in the following happening when
munin-update is run:

>From /var/log/munin/munin-update.log

</log>

This is fixed in Munin 1.4.5 and is also documented here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=580331 and by the munin
devs here: http://munin-monitoring.org/changeset/3484

The fix is to simply update the package to the latest 1.4 stable (munin
1.4.6 fixes some issues too).

cheers
