Thanks for reporting this issue. I've marked it confirmed, and wishlist
priority as it is not a bug in expected operation, but a feature
request.
The actual ssh-copy-id script is pretty simple, so please feel free to
provide a patch to add a -P port option, which I suspect would be
readily accepted.
