My last try install bind9 was after:
root@vps4659:~# apt-get install mysql-server
and
root@vps4659:~# apt-get upgrade

now i had did only:
root@vps4659:~# apt-get upgrade
without install "mysql-server" and i ve got nice rezult:
root@vps4659:~# /etc/init.d/bind9 stop
* Stopping domain name service... bind9
[ OK ]
root@vps4659:~# /etc/init.d/bind9 start
* Starting domain name service... bind9
[ OK ]
