That's necessary, but not sufficient.   There is still duplicate output even 
with that change.
lxc-ls first lists all containers with "ls -- /var/lib/lxc", and then, 
inexplicably, also lists all active
containers with netstat.  Why the duplication?  Should it use sort -u?
