You have been subscribed to a public bug:
I use a NAS for my home directory mounted with autofs. When I want to
logon my home directory is not available.
The directory is in the form:
/mnt/<mntPoint>/home/<userName>
I can solve the problem by using a local user and send a command 'cd
/mnt/<mntPoint>' which mounts the home directory.
It worked without any problem in UBUNTU versions < 1210.
Best regards
Klaus
