Hi Alain, Would you mind trying the algorithm that detects whether the disks are active/inactive?
I have put it here: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/5574954/ So you should only need to run it for the desired disk drive. Please let me know the output of it. If this detects that the disks are active/inactive correctly, then it is something else which prevents powernap from doing what's supposed to. Cheers. ** Changed in: powernap (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: powernap (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to powernap in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1131713 Title: DiskMonitor not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/powernap/+bug/1131713/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
