Hi, I've added a section about declining membership application for the launchpad team:
Users that have applied for membership and have not met the criteria within a 4 month period will have their application declined. When an application is declined, the following message should be sent: Hello, Thank you for your interest in the Ubuntu Server Team on Launchpad. We're sorry to decline your application as you haven't met the criteria to become a member. The Membership policy is outlined here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/Membership. You can reapply for membership whenever you want by following the process described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/GettingInvolved#becomemember. Thank you, The Ubuntu Server Team.
