I agree. Name the time and I will do my best to be there. I'll continue to work on my TODO items, but AFAICT, the interface itself won't change, so feel free to start using it. Obviously, we'll have to come up with the actual profiles as well, but those are easy enough to add. Some of these profiles should include the use of updatedb and pam-ccreds, as those make offline authentication possible. I guess this can be discussed once the infrastructure is in place and everyone knows who will do what. I also didn't explicitly say this, but I think auth-client-config (like update-inetd), should be in a separate package, so that other client authentication packages can use it (eg kerberos).
