Wrong list aside, a couple of years ago, I called the vendor --then UGS now Siemens -- to ask why. At the time, Solid Edge was built heavily on .Net technologies and they had no plans at all of offering up a Linux based version because, as I recall, they had another product that does offer a UNIX/Linux port -- NX.
Things may have since changed now that Siemens has control of it.
