Hi, It was brought up on irc that libvirt is currently broken with SDL graphics. (By default it uses vnc so you'd be forgiven for not having noticed.) The relevant bug is

In particular, in order to use SDL, the .Xauthority would need to be copied to a persistent location which libvirt as access to, and the xml definition for the vm needs to be updated to point to that location.
