Hi all.

Scenario: Ubuntu Server 9.04 on a Quad-Core AMD Server, all updates applied.

root@server3:~# date
Wed Jan 19 08:16:52 ART 2011

root@server3:~# hwclock
Wed 19 Jan 2011 08:23:02 AM ART -0.298296 seconds

There is a cron that syncs both clocks from pool.ntp.org every midnight.

But there is always a gap of several minutes between hardware clock and system clock.

Server is always on.

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks!

Jorge
