Hi All,
As a precursor to pushing this update out to Natty next week, I've
updated my upstart-testing PPA with Upstart version 0.9.5-1ubuntu1:

As the name suggests, chroots should now work fully [1], but we are keen
to solicit feedback from the community.
Additional changes:
- - includes Clints reload fix to /lib/init/upstart-job
(lp:~clint-fewbar/ubuntu/natty/upstart/upstart-job-change-restart)
- - init-checkconf(8) now checks Upstart stanza syntax and script sections.
