Hi Serge, Disabling KSM appears to solve this - I disabled it a couple of hours after receiving your email and I haven't had a network problem since then. Although not mandatory KSM is a nice feature to have, is there anything I can do to help sort this out? Is there a bug report related with this or should I open one? Thank you for for help.
