Monday bug Triage 22nd Feb 2021

I was checking 16 recently touched bugs and one old outdated case.
Of the 16 recent updates most where fine already, worth to mention are:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pacemaker/+bug/1915828
An issue with pacemaker / libqb not releasing the cluster.
Lucas is already subscribed I also added the team subscription now.
@Lucas should this be server-next tagged and assigned to you?

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dnsmasq/+bug/1916462
This seems like a regression by CVE Fixes, I have talked and assigned the
security-team as the fixes will therefore also have to go into -security.
To help I was checking the archive and found the recently committed
fix to the issue which should help security to resolve this.

The one old case I've seen was actually fixed by Bryce way back. And it seems
all but a xenial task is ok and IMHO should be a won't fix. But then there was
further feedback on the bug since the fixes.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/logwatch/+bug/1880211
@Bryce would you mind handling those new comments? If they are
important I'd recommend splitting them into a new case.
