No you don't need to do anything for these. This is an ongoing effort for at least a year. Bugs got pinged like "is this still an issue" for all the time. The few that came back got converted into issues in [1]. The few of those upstream issues that also had a Ubuntu qemu task attached to it are seen in our triage, but those updates do usually not change anything (e.g. not unblock/clarify an incomplete case). But OTOH some of the updates listed the commit that fixed a particular issue and due to that I was able to mark fixes in Ubuntu releases that have that every once in a while.
