Hi Dan, Sorry if our workflow is a bit confusing, and thanks for the question. I think I can clarify. You've likely noticed these $DAY Triage Report emails each day. This is part of a specific workflow we follow that looks at just bug reports that changed the preceeding day (or weekend). This triage process also only focuses on situations that require 1st-level attention, such as new bugs, comments from new users, etc. It is intended to be a short and quick look, and not attempt to fix the bugs or continue work on bugs that someone else is already working on. It's more of just a "check the inbox" and "check that things haven't fallen through the cracks". One of the reasons we try to keep the workload of this small, is so that time can be reserved to focus on items of priority - such as the server-next queue you linked to, or distro maintenance work, or other customer-driven tasks and projects. > The full list of bugs subscribed by ~ubuntu-server is larger than > seems useful, currently 815, so is that list being used for active > work? If so, can you go into some detail on what work is done to bugs > in that list? This is also a good question, but I'll let another team member address it.
