[Patch] Add support for digests detected from ECC certificates
Same bug mentioned by Sergio. The bug submitter mentioned that the patch
may be included in the latest point release of net-snmp, but this
doesn't seem to be the case to me. +1 on Sergio's answer: we're not
going "ahead of upstream" here. I expect this to be fixed with syncs
happening in the next cycle.

I performed some verification on PPA packages prepared by mdeslaur. The
devel release will be fixed by merging from Debian.
