LP: #2122609 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unbound/+bug/2122609> - unbound - Hardcoded MAX_RESTART_COUNT in unbound 1.13.1 blocks dns… This can be solved with an easy patch on a plate for jammy, or we could also add a parameter for the option as seen in noble+.
