There were a couple bugs of note:

LP: #2054301
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/+bug/2054301> - apache2
- [worker/event] Some child processes aren't killed on reload…
The reporter responded again to this one and it is probably worth digging

#1832182 <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1832182> - is not fully fixed yet
and may be related. Marked for discussion.

LP: #2122609
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unbound/+bug/2122609> - unbound
- Hardcoded MAX_RESTART_COUNT in unbound 1.13.1 blocks dns…
This can be solved with an easy patch on a plate for jammy, or we could

No bugs were found untouched in 60 or 180 days.
