-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hey everyone,
After talking with Luke on IRC, I have taken the step of blacklisting 'ubuntu-sounds' from our seeds. It was causing an install failure due to ubuntustudio-sounds conflicting with it but both of them trying to be installed. This lead me to wonder what other failures may be caused by packages unexpectedly installing things due to recommends. As in this case, I am sure they will crop up during the dev cycle. As for find out which package is introducing the recommends into the seed (useful to make sure we don't break anything else by blacklisting it ;) I checked with: apt-rdepends -r --follow=Depends,Recommends --show=Depends,Recommends <foo> Thanks, Andrew. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkiuQlMACgkQSyj78chr9d9/5ACePwv7YoLJt3Vi7GQMxxs1ITtF RekAoNCc3OESncmmiCCp+vr7MrRnAcCz =qSOL -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Ubuntu-Studio-devel mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-studio-devel
