The links weren't working because the database was set for clean URLs, but your server is probably not configured for that at the moment. I went ahead and turned off the clean URLs through the Drupal admin interface using the administration name and password that came with the database I sent, and it works now. I hope you don't mind that I logged into your test install, I realize I probably should have asked before doing so.
