I had another thought that I neglected to include in the previous email. We broadly cater to two methods of installation; full instal from DVD and "upgrading" from a vanilla install
It is possible to assign two different "team" to these two approaches. One could focus on more experienced users who would want to "upgrade" and improve that process. The other could focus on new users and the creation of ISO images. While I wouldn't expect too many changes for our ISO images, I can speculate that those focused solely on improving the "upgrade" process could create impressive tools in their endeavors, especially with inclusion of a PPA. I know Ailo has great ideas towards this later goal and if any are interested I can further elaborate on mine.
