hello everyone,
during our contributor meeting i committed to creating a wiki explaining
how the ubuntu studio team will integrate its development for each cycle
with the ubuntu release team's tracking tools for development progress.

although i certainly believe it can be improved i didn't want to
let "perfect" stand in the way of "better" and decided to email the list at
this point. please let me know if any part is unclear or if any suggestions

accordingly.
