If brasero has menuing, I think it is really basic... but I don't know. I hadn't heard of mandvd, but have been looking at http://www.dvdstyler.org/en/ which seems really nice. It has good menuing with sound and video behind it. It can do up to 8 or so sets of audio as well as mutiple subtitle. Aside from what it can do with the gui it also provides for scripting for something more customized. It can make normal or double dvds (if your drive can) or something larger on the hard drive that dvd playback software can play. It seems easy to use from my playing around with it, but It would take a few "real" projects to really know what it's problems are. It will take most video formats as input and transcode to what it needs out. Does both ntsc and pal (is seacam still around?) and normal or wide screen. It will happily change the quality of video to fit more video time on the same dvd... Though I don't see the advantage of that for our target users.
