That would be 13.04. in 13.10 we have a new installer that only displays sw
that might be used in that menu.
As an added note, USC does not seem to be used in all other flavours... do
we have to include it? We already have synaptic anyway. Or we could add
LSC instead... though I hear it is somewhat buggy...
