Making decisions at meetings is not a problem. If we have been able to make decisions and changes from long (time wise) email/irc discusions, then there is no difference for a meeting. Pretty much all of the changes that have happened in Studio (and there have not been many) have been from what people have said here and in IRC. Even things that have changed due to repo changes.
Input is important. Do note though, that there are at least two people active in this list that will never attend meetings due to a dislike for IRC. There may be more. So discusion before hand on this list is important too, so we have some more opinions to base any vote/decision made at meetings.
