I just tested the new version of Qjackctl with the split parameters/advanced. I was a bit disappointed at first (change without warning) but actually, I find it great. You actually get the same parameters than when launching Ardour 4 (or other apps) if Jackd is not running. This is more consistent. And you can if needed go under the hood with advanced. This is a good point.
And of course, we must provide the same version than on other versions.
