Rakarrack is under development, see https://sourceforge.net/p/guitarix/git/ci/b17009df6013687010911cdcf63494438566b87d/ it works very well under Arch Linux [2] and apart from this it worked within the last years without any issues at all. It's not Rakarrack that suffers from bitrot, it's Ubuntu Studio! You could take a look at Guitarix, yes. You might like Guitarix, yes. But no, it's not a replacement for Rakarrack. Erich is resistent against learning anything about pro-audio or Linux, he banned me for correcting him, spread lies about me and Ubuntu Studio isn't anymore what it was a long time ago.
