Go to Synaptic and download the qtconfig package (version 3 or 4, it depends on the app). Use that program to change the appearance until you are satisfied. By the way Qjackctl uses qt4, which blends really well with gnome if you select *cleanlooks*. I think that, unlike feisty, ubuntu studio gutsy ships qt4 apps with the *motif* look enabled by default. And it really looks out of place to say the least. That of course if you mind about those things, that really are not a big issue or an obstacle of any kind.
