For a matter so insignificant as _that_ sounds, do you really think this incident caused zero hard feelings? Or that that's what it came out as? Don't get me wrong, it's not nice not getting help when one needs it. But dissing a community (be honest, that's what you do if you're not naming individuals) that you're supposed to work for, isn't precisely a wise thing to do.
