I also run into trouble with Rezound, if it s running in german for me, so I made up a start-script like this: #!/bin/sh xterm -title "debug rezound" -geometry 40x5 -e "unset LANG; unset LC_ALL; rezound --audio-method=jack" & some of the unique curve-tools like curved samplerate do not work properly for me in german but do very well if Rez runs in English - dont know if it is the same in French though.. BTW: we should all do our best to make Davy Durham know, that we still consider his waveeditor the greatest in terms of concept and powers on Linux. He is about porting Rezound to QT and improving its jack-connectivity for some 18 months now and he should know, that his work is still most appreciated :-) http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=5056 best regs HZN -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD4DBQFID6x91Aecwva1SWMRArEiAKCJVAivk9PMc5fFn+jAmf+TvTMPXwCY2YEK GFK03Tlr+wsy/P+25cYyfw== =V6xP -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Ubuntu-Studio-users mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-studio-users
